Questions

How does pausing my subscription work?

You can pause billing for up to 10 months at a time. While paused, you won't be charged and your account moves to read-only, but nothing is deleted — all your cases, documents, and history are exactly as you left them when you resume.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No. RBAMGR is billed monthly with no long-term contract. Cancel or pause whenever your caseload calls for it.

Who is RBAMGR built for?

Practicing Texas RBA arbitrators handling property tax cases. It's built by an active arbitrator, for arbitrators.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can download all of your case data at any time, whether or not you're canceling. If you expect to come back, pausing keeps everything in place without needing an export at all.
