Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased through RBAMGR, operated by Resource Consultants TX LLC, doing business as RBAMGR. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment provider and merchant of record.
1. Monthly, No Contract
RBAMGR is billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You can cancel or pause at any time to stop future charges.
2. Refund Eligibility
If you're not satisfied with RBAMGR, contact us within 7 days of your initial charge for a full refund. Refund requests after this window, and charges for subsequent renewal months, are generally not eligible for a refund — cancel before your next billing date instead to avoid future charges.
3. Pausing Instead of Cancelling
If you expect a gap in your caseload rather than stopping permanently, pausing your subscription (up to 10 months) stops billing without losing any case data, and avoids needing a refund or re-setup later. See our Terms & Conditions for details on pausing.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email john@rbamgr.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We'll confirm eligibility and process approved refunds back to your original payment method through Paddle.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new Effective Date.
