Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Resource Consultants TX LLC, doing business as RBAMGR("RBAMGR," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the RBAMGR platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and login credentials when you create an account, and the case data you enter or upload while using the Service (property owner details, case files, documents, and related records).
We also collect technical information automatically as part of operating the Service, which may include IP addresses, authentication identifiers, login timestamps, basic device and browser information, error and diagnostic logs, email delivery and engagement data (such as whether a transactional email was delivered or opened), and billing identifiers provided to us by Paddle. This information is used to keep the Service secure, functioning, and troubleshootable — not for advertising or profiling.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- To process your subscription and communicate billing information
- To send transactional emails (case correspondence you send, account notices, support responses)
- To secure your account and detect fraud or abuse
- To respond to your support requests
We do not sell your information or your case data to third parties, and we do not use your case data to train any AI model.
3. Legal Basis & Case Data
Case data you enter into RBAMGR belongs to you. We process it solely to provide the Service to you — we do not access it except as needed for support, security, or as legally required.
4. Confidentiality
We treat Your Data, including case data and property owner information, as confidential. We disclose it only to the sub-processors listed in Section 5, to comply with law, or as you direct, and we require our sub-processors to maintain appropriate safeguards for the data they process on our behalf.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following sub-processors to operate RBAMGR. Each only receives the information necessary to perform its function:
- Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication and database hosting for your account and case data
- Backblaze B2 — storage for uploaded documents and static assets
- Brevo — delivery of transactional emails (account and case-related notices)
- Paddle — payment processing and billing; Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles your payment details directly — we do not store your card information
6. Data Storage & Security
Account and structured case data are stored using Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure, with access restricted to your authenticated account. Uploaded documents and static assets are stored using Backblaze B2. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a security incident that triggers a legal notification obligation, we will provide notifications required under applicable law, including Texas law, to affected individuals and, where applicable, to you as the account holder so you can notify any affected parties.
7. Data Retention & Export
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can download your case data at any time.
Subscriptions may be paused for up to 10 months. We intend to retain your data during a permitted pause period, subject to this Policy, applicable security requirements, and events outside our reasonable control. Before the 10-month cap is reached, we email reminders at 30 days, 7 days, and 24 hours out. If your subscription has not resumed by the time the cap is reached, it is automatically canceled and your account is closed.
Following account closure — by cancellation, termination, or the pause cap — your data will ordinarily remain available for export for 30 days, after which it will be scheduled for deletion from our active systems. Residual backup copies may persist for up to an additional 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law. Export anything you need before these windows close.
8. Cookies & Tracking
RBAMGR does not currently use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, or analytics scripts. Only the minimal session information needed to keep you logged in is used.
9. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or export your account and case data at any time from within the Service. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at john@rbamgr.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law — contact us with any such request and we'll respond promptly.
10. Children's Privacy
RBAMGR is intended for professional use by adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new Effective Date.
