FAQ for Volunteers

Quick answers to the most common questions about the portal, your account, assignments, and compensation.

Access & Account

Go to rbamgr.com/volunteer-login and sign in with the email address and password you set when you registered. If you registered via an invite link, that same email and password are your login credentials.

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. Firebase will send a reset link to your registered email address. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

If you're still having trouble, email john@rbamgr.com and John can assist.

Invite links are single-use — once you've registered with a link, it can't be used again. If you haven't registered yet and the link isn't working, it may have expired or been issued to a different email address.

Email john@rbamgr.com and John can issue a new invite.

Not from within the portal at this time. If you need to update your account details, contact john@rbamgr.com.

Assignments

Your active assignments are listed on your volunteer home page as soon as you log in. Click View on any assignment to open the full detail view at rbamgr.com/review-assignments.

Yes — there are no penalties for missing a due date. That said, a quick heads-up to john@rbamgr.com is always appreciated so John can plan around it. If you're no longer able to participate, just let him know.

Open the assignment from the Review Assignments page and click the Mark Complete button. Do this after you've submitted all your feedback or bug reports for that assignment — it signals to John that you're done.

Yes. Each assignment has a private notes field visible only to you. Use it to track your own observations, questions, or reminders as you work through a review. These notes are not submitted to John — use the Feedback or Bug Report forms for that.

Tiers & Compensation

Tier advancement is manual — John reviews volunteers and promotes based on the quality and depth of your contributions. There's no formal threshold or application process. Consistent, thorough participation is the most reliable path to advancement.

If you're interested in deeper involvement, email john@rbamgr.com and let John know.

Coupon codes are assigned manually by John after you've completed a meaningful amount of work. You'll receive an email notification when your code has been assigned, and it will also appear on your volunteer home page.

There's no set number of assignments required — John uses his judgment based on overall contribution. If you've been active for a while and haven't received a code, email john@rbamgr.com.

No. Compensation is software access only — a discount coupon code for Bronze and Silver volunteers, and lifetime free access for Gold. There is no revenue sharing or monetary payment at any tier.

Gold volunteers receive permanent free access to the RBA Case Management System once it launches — no subscription fee, no expiration. This is set manually by John as a flag on your account and confirmed by email when it's been applied.

General

No — they're two separate systems. The RBA Dev Team Portal(where you are now) is for volunteers. The RBA Case Management System is the actual arbitration workflow tool being built for John's professional practice. You're helping test and review the Case Management System from within this portal.

No. The portal and the system you're reviewing are confidential. Please don't share screenshots, content, or details outside the team. This is a working professional tool that will be used on real legal proceedings.

Default to the Feedback Form. It's better to over-report than to say nothing. John can re-classify it from the admin dashboard if needed. The most important thing is that you submit it.

Email john@rbamgr.com for anything related to your account, assignments, compensation, or general questions about the program.
